What you might be wondering

Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Existing subscriptions stay at the price you signed up at; new pricing only applies to changes you make. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my plan's seat or usage limits?
Bridge and Pulse charge a per-agent overage rate above the included seat count (Bridge: $20/agent, Pulse: $40/agent). Lens charges $60 per CSM seat above the Pro 25-seat cap. Autofocus charges $0.04 per AI Analysis above your monthly quota. Frontline charges per auto-resolved ticket above your included pool ($0.50 Starter / $0.30 Pro). Overages bill on your next regular invoice — never as a surprise mid-cycle.
Do I have to bundle products?
No. Each product is fully standalone. Many customers buy just Bridge or just Autofocus. Bundle pricing is available if you want multiple products together — talk to sales for a custom quote.
Why is pricing public when most enterprise SaaS hides it?
Because hiding prices wastes everyone's time. Showing them on a website lets a VP of Support evaluate fit in five minutes instead of scheduling three discovery calls with an SDR. Transparency is one of our founding principles — and pricing is the first place to live it.
How does annual billing work?
Pick the annual option at checkout to pay for 12 months upfront at the same monthly rate — useful if your finance team prefers a single annual invoice instead of monthly recurring charges. Annual contracts auto-renew at the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
What does the Bridge free trial include?
Full Bridge feature access on the Starter tier, for 7 days, no credit card required. You can upgrade or cancel at any point during the trial. If you don't take action, the trial simply ends — no automatic charge. Autofocus, Frontline, Pulse, and Lens are coming soon and onboard early customers hands-on — join the early access list and we'll get you set up at launch.
Can I get a refund?
We don't refund partial billing periods as a default (per our Terms of Service), but if something's gone wrong with the product, write us at billing@scopehq.org — we'd rather make it right than keep your money over a problem. Where a refund is the right answer, we'll issue one minus any non-recoverable third-party fees and taxes already paid on the transaction.
